Batch control for small class B autoclaves.
The Helix test was developed to test the fractionated backing vacuum in class B autoclaves. It is used for process control during steam sterilization for packaged sterilization items including hollow bodies in practice autoclaves with multiple fractionated backing vacuum (Class B).
Due to the colour change of the indicators a clear positive/negative control is possible. Simple documentation of the results by means of self-adhesive indicator strips.
