CLEARTEST Cardio Rapid Infarct Test

Description

The new CLEARTEST Cardio rapid indicates an infarction just after 20 minutes. At the moment this is the fastest biomarker with a detection limit of 0,5 ng/ml.

With this rapid test 2 proteins are detectable:

- hFABP, which is released when a heart attack occurs (just after 20 minutes), perfect as well for the re-infarction monitoring on the 4th day.

- TROPONIN I, which arises after 8 hours and can be detected up to 8 days.

Note: Troponin T (manufacturer Roche) indicates an infarction only after 3 hours.

The testing procedure is truly simple and easy:

Only one drop of whole blood, serum, or plasma is needed for the specimen well. You can read the result exactly after 10 minutes.

Storage at room temperature.
