The CLEARTEST® Cardio with its 3 parameters myoglobin, CK-MB and troponin I plays an important role in the differential diagnostics, as well as for the monitoring and therapy control. With suspected acute coronary syndrome and conspicuous ECG the 3 cardiac markers are recommended for differentiation between acute myocard infarct (Myo+; CK-MB+; CTNI+) and unstable angina pectoris (CTNI neg.; CK-MB neg.; CTNI neg. continues to remain negative for 6 hours).
