CARBONET has an activated charcoal insert that reliably adsorbs bacteria and unpleasant wound odours. This creates a more pleasant situation for the patient and the nursing staff. CARBONET can also absorb viscous wound exudate well due to the absorbent non-woven layer. The wound spacer minimises the risk of sticking to the wound and ensures a painless dressing change. CARBONET thus combines three wound dressings in one dressing, thus saving time-consuming dressing changes and nursing effort. CARBONET is soft and flexible and can be easily moulded to contoured areas of the body.
