BD Venflon Pro Safety Catheter. After puncture the cannula is being removed and the passive safety mechanism is being activated automatically. Now the cannula is locked irreversible within the shield. When removing the cannula there is no increased resistance by direct contact with metal and the cannula can be moved easily out of the catheter. The ergonomically designed retainer make all grips and puncture techniques.
