Algoplaque Film forms a moist gel through contact with the wound, which supports the healing process. Algoplaque Film is transparent and thus allows the wound to be monitored. Algoplaque Film is conformable and impermeable to water and bacteria; thus, the dressing adapts to any part of the body and can also be worn while bathing and showering.
