Leukoplast® swab ball gauze ensure high absorption in the operating theatre and in wound care. Leukoplast® swab preparation gauze are suitable for free preparation of tissue layers, anatomical structures and are also very absorbent.

Leukoplast® swab ball gauze are made of oxygen bleached cotton according to DIN EN 14079 and contain silicone rings in all sizes. The residual gauze has been removed. Leukoplast® swab ball gauze are 20-thread and knotted. Leukoplast® swab preparation gauze are 24-thread and tightly twisted. For special safety in the operating theatre, the swabs are also available with woven-in X-ray contrast thread, double sterile sealed and with double self-adhesive counting card.
