The Amnicot amniotomy finger cot is a rubber finger cot with a firmly placed small plastic hook. The finger cot is fixed on the index or middle finger on either the left or right hand, over a sterile glove. It is important that the hook is place directly over the finger tip. An amniotomy is now easier for the doctor, midwife and patient.
