Description

A calcium-alginate dressing which forms a soft, gel that absorbs when it comes into contact with wound exudate. ALGISITE M helps utilize the proven benefits of moist wound management. ALGISITE M does not stick to the wound and because of it’s fibre stability it can be removed almost painlessly. The excellent conformability to all wound sites gives a high wearing comfort. The dressing is allowed to remain in the wound for up to 7 days, depending on the nature of the wound and the volume of exudate.
