Description
The BLAST™ Bandage was developed to enable traumatic amputations, burns and large wounds to be dressed quickly and with little fuss. When packed, the bandage is 10cm wíde, but when open, it is large enough to dress a wound of ca. 50 x 50 cm in size. The non-adherent wound pad can be to open wounds and limbs and held in place using the elasitc bandage. The BLAST™ Bandage is large enough to cover the entire back or chest of large casualties.
The BLAST™ Bandage offers a removavle occlusive layer 47.5 x 47.5 cm which can be used to cover abdominal wounds and thus prevent loss of heat and moisture. Each bandage is sterile and singly vacuum-packed.
